We provide a technical representative to investigate customer incidents and deliver to you within 24 hours a report detailing the extent of the material nonconformity. Follow up meetings will also be arranged to discuss the incident with you personally and how best to move forward towards resolution.
LABORATORY SUPPORT
Should further investigation be necessary, PackDyne is there to assist you in finding the root cause and providing workable solutions turning a customer problem into a customer service success. We offer support in assessing incidents to determine whether the problem stems from material nonconformity or other external cause(s) – potentially saving your company significant additional costs. PackDyne Technical Services maintains a packaging laboratory capable of microscopic inspection, optical comparative analysis, secure seal testing and more at their office in American Canyon California.
